The true definition of customer service and my faith in humanity has been restored in my recent experience with Adam and his team at The Red Shed Pakenham. He went above and beyond to sort out my lost warranty on a Husqvarna chainsaw I’d bought 3 years ago from a tool shop (who I will not name). The faulty part was replaced under warranty and my chainsaw now runs better than ever. I promise never to shop anywhere else again!

Most exceptional customer service!!!!! Jeremy helped us on the spot, great prices! Lifted mower into our car which was extremely helpful for 2 girls!
