Deliveries are conducted by third-party Delivery Agents. If it is a Melbourne Metro delivery, then they may be delivered by our own local trucks.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the package will be left at the front door unless otherwise specified in the checkout notes.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery or if the delivery address needs to be changed post-order.
