Delivery Options
At Ride On Mowers Online, we offer three delivery options. Available options will be clearly displayed on each product page and during checkout:
1. FREE Store Pickup
- Available for ALL products
- Collect from any of our Superstore Locations
- Select your preferred store location at checkout
- If delivery is needed for store pickup only items, please call 03 9794 8339 for a custom delivery quote
2. Freight and Shipping
- If you select freight shipping at checkout, we will ship the product to you and give you a call using the phone number provided to process the freight charges
- Freight charges are extra and may vary based on:
- Remote locations
- Rural areas
- Addresses over 100 km from major towns
- For specific freight estimates, please call 03 9794 8339 before placing your order
- Please note: We cannot ship Cub Cadet, Rover, or Hustler products interstate out of Victoria. If you can arrange your own pickup or freight, please get in touch with us at 03 9794 8339.
3. FREE Delivery
- Available on selected products, if mentioned
- FREE delivery is available only for Melbourne Metro areas
- Eligible products will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout
- For remote locations, additional surcharges may apply (call 03 9794 8339 for details)
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders processed same day when possible
- Warehouse dispatch within 2-3 business days
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Store pickup: Available within 2-3 business days (often immediately)
- For urgent orders, call 03 9794 8339 to confirm stock location and availability
Delivery Information
Important Delivery Notes:
- Delivery conducted by third-party Delivery Agents. If it is a Melbourne Metro delivery, then the product may be delivered in our own trucks.
- Your contact details will be shared with Delivery Agents for delivery purposes
- PO Box and apartment complex deliveries not available for many items
- Street address required for delivery
- Please note: We cannot ship Cub Cadet, Rover, or Hustler products interstate out of Victoria. If you can arrange your own pickup or freight, please get in touch with us at 03 9794 8339
Delivery Procedures
- If no one is home, packages will be left at the front door
- Alternative safe place can be specified in checkout notes
- Additional delivery fee may apply if redelivery is required
- To prevent unattended delivery, specify in checkout notes
Out of Stock Items
- You will be notified of any potential delivery delays
- For mixed orders with out-of-stock items, you can choose to:
- Wait for complete order
- Split delivery (delivery fees to be mutually agreed)
Liability
Please note:
- Ride On Mowers Online is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit
- While we will assist with tracking, final responsibility lies with freight companies
- No guarantees made once goods are passed to third-party couriers or Australia Post
