Change of Mind Returns
- We assess change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis
- A flat 3% refund fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns. This fee helps cover administrative, processing, and payment gateway charges, as well as the re-stocking and inspection of the product.

- Decisions are made at the company's discretion
